Telling the WE Story

This story I am about to tell does not have a happy ending. About 5 years ago, I started as a Media TA in the library at Wellcome Middle School. I eventually transition into the SIMS operator and from there into the NCWISE Data Manager. I successfully transitioned the school from it's old database of student information management system into the 21st century North Carolina windows of information on student education. Well, of course here come's the story!

On 2/16/10, my life was forever change by a horrific event on my job. I had to quickly get help and I did just that. I went to a fellow co-worker on that day and my co-worker helped me in that particular situation.  I was confused & hurt and did not know who to trust. I could not make sense of what just happened or why it happened to me. However, my co-worker and I from that day forth formed a bond like no other in the school. Everytime you saw him you saw me. We were inseparable. I had his back and he had my back. We were a force you did not want to mess with or piss off!

On 11/2/11, that all ended when I was suspended from work for leaving the job without an administrator's approval, to attend to my nephew's medical emergency with asthma. Which has resulted in my termination from employment from Wellcome Middle School. I have been fighting for almost 6 months of trying to reclaim what was stolen from me by my enemies. Well of course there is more to the story, but that's where I am going to write a book one day about the truth. In the mean time I sure do miss my partner in crime!
